About New Generation
Founded in 2013, NGVII was established to create positive change by empowering the next generation through education, community outreach, and ministry. What began with five departments has grown into a unified organization committed to leadership development, mentorship, life skills training, and purpose-driven service.
Through collaborative programs that support personal growth, academic success, and spiritual development, NGVII equips youth and young adults to lead with confidence and integrity.
New Generation VII represents our growth into seven departments one vision, one mission, one generation.

NGYC
The New Generation Youth Council (NGYC) is a year-round youth leadership and development program serving individuals ages 16–25 across South Florida.

The Home Ownership Readiness and Education Program provides comprehensive educational resources, guidance, and professional development to individuals and families.

Designed for adults working toward their high school diploma, the Bridge Program offers guided support and a clear path forward. Personalized assistance helps students prepare for career or postsecondary opportunities with confidence.

NG on Campus
NG On Campus operates as an officially recognized student organization in partnership with participating colleges. It brings New Generation's mission directly to college and university students, providing resources, support, and community engagement opportunities.

New Generation Youth Council
NGYC contributes to safer, more engaged communities by proactively investing in youth leadership and positive peer environments. By providing structured programming and adult mentorship, the program reduces youth exposure to high-risk behaviors while strengthening civic participation, respect for community institutions, and long-term economic mobility.
The program provides structured leadership training, workforce readiness preparation, community service opportunities, and mentorship designed to promote academic persistence, career exploration, and civic responsibility.

New Generation Star Search Miami
New Generation Star Search Miami (NGSSM) is a high-energy regional music competition uniting artists across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach for the chance to win $50,000 and a record deal with NG Records. With over 60 live auditions, industry-level production, community-powered voting, and exposure across major digital platforms, NGSSM gives rising talent a real stage, real visibility, and a real shot at life-changing opportunity. Whether you’re an artist ready to compete or a supporter ready to witness the next star, NGSSM is where new voices are discovered and elevated.
NGSSM is a high stakes, tri county showdown where only the best rise to the top. With limited slots and one ultimate winner, artists from Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach compete for a title that demands excellence.
