Purpose

A program built for active, committed

members.

Stipends are provided as supportive assistance to help members remain engaged, committed, and available for approved organizational activities. They are not wages, salaries, paychecks, or payments for services rendered.

Stipend Breakdown

Four levels of recognized commitment.

No member may receive more than one stipend at a time. Maximum allocation is up to $250 per week per member, subject to approval and available organizational funding.

A clear understanding between member and mission.

By accepting a stipend from New Generation VII, the member acknowledges that the stipend is not a paycheck, wage, salary, or payment for services rendered. All eligibility remains subject to active membership, approved participation, executive approval, organizational funding, and nonprofit compliance standards.

Rules & Regulations

How the program is governed.

Every stipend decision remains consistent with the mission, policies, and compliance obligations of New Generation VII.

Eligibility Requirement

Members must be active with NGVII for at least three (3) consecutive months, remain in good standing, and demonstrate consistent participation, professionalism, and commitment. Eligibility does not guarantee approval.

Commitment-Based Stipend Levels

Members may begin at $50 or $85 per week depending on commitment. Stipends may increase up to $250 per week based on participation, leadership, availability, and impact subject to funding and executive approval.

One Stipend at a Time

Members may not receive more than one stipend simultaneously. If a member qualifies for multiple activities, NGVII may approve one category or consolidate into a single stipend amount. Duplicate payments are not permitted.

Stipends Are Not Paychecks

Stipends are not wages, salaries, or traditional paychecks, and do not create an employer–employee relationship. They are not guaranteed income and may be modified, paused, or discontinued based on organizational needs.

Payment Method

Approved stipends may be issued by direct deposit or by check. The method of distribution is determined by the organization’s administrative process.

Qualified Activities Must Be Approved

Activities must be approved by the Executive Director or an authorized executive representative. Members may not self-authorize. Approval is based on organizational needs, program goals, funding, and compliance.

501(c)(3) Nonprofit Compliance

NGVII operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Stipends are not payments for services rendered they support participation in approved nonprofit activities and remain consistent with mission and compliance obligations.

Suspension or Removal

Eligibility may be suspended or removed for inactivity, misconduct, policy violations, misuse of funds, failure to complete approved activities, or failure to maintain good standing. NGVII may adjust or discontinue support at any time.
